With Pierre Miedinger's permission, they tracked down his original ink drawings and set about reviving the lost typeface. Their initial goal was modest: to extend Miedinger's minimal glyph set into a proper headline font for the festival. As a tribute to the font's origins, they also included the brewery's phased-out brand logos in a bonus set.
