Password | Metamask Wallet Login

After installing and initializing your wallet, the standard login flow involves simply entering your local password in the extension popup. MetaMask auto-locks after a period of inactivity (configurable in Settings), requiring your password to unlock it again.

On the login screen, click the link that says Import using Secret Recovery Phrase or Forgot password? . If you do not see it, completely uninstall the MetaMask extension or mobile app, then reinstall it.
