The easiest way to play without tweaking configuration files is buying the remastered trilogy.
Download and install your preferred game launcher (Steam, Epic Games, or Rockstar Launcher). Create an account or log into an existing one.
Right-click the gta_sa.exe file in your installation directory. Select and navigate to the Compatibility tab.
