Set in 2008, after devastating super-weapons have sunk most of the Earth’s landmasses, the story begins on Remnant Island, where Conan is raised by his grandfather. After a mysterious girl named Lana washes ashore, Conan learns of the surviving industrial city of Industria and the tyrannical ruler Lepka.
