The plot follows Raizo, played by Korean pop sensation Rain, one of the world's deadliest assassins. As a child, he was taken from the streets and forged into a heartless weapon by the Ozunu Clan, a secret society led by the ruthless Lord Ozunu (legendary martial arts actor Sho Kosugi). After the clan kills his only friend, Raizo betrays them and goes on the run. Years later, Raizo resurfaces to protect Mika Coretti (Naomie Harris), a Europol agent whose investigation of political assassinations has put her in the clan’s crosshairs. Together, they must survive the ninja storm sent to destroy them.
