This often happens if your password was recently changed. You must re-download the license file from the website after a password reset for the offline copy to recognize the new credentials. In the registration window (left open from Step 1), click or "Open" . Select the EasyWorshipLicense.ewl file from your USB drive. Click Continue or Login .
Save this new license file (typically named easy worship license.wl ) to your USB flash drive. Step 3: Install the License Offline Return to the offline computer: Plug in the USB drive containing the .wl license file.
