DamonPS2 is one of the first PlayStation 2 emulators available for Android devices. The 32-bit version was initially developed to support older Android devices and chipsets (ARMv7-A architecture). However, due to performance limitations, memory addressing constraints, and ongoing legal/stability controversies, the 32-bit build has been deprecated in favor of 64-bit versions.
